The Settlers, Rails & Trails museum has been established to tell the story of the founding, settlement and development of Argyle as a railway branch-line community. (1870’s – present)
The museum will collect, preserve, research, exhibit, and interpret the collections of historical artifacts. The museum will also educate groups (ranging from school children to seniors) and our community with our interactive and changing displays.
The museum will serve visitors, inhabitants of Argyle and surrounding area by its emphasis on special activities at the museum.
